Regulatory framework

Omnigenetica processes patient personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Romanian implementing legislation.

Data residency

Personal data is processed and stored within the European Union. Samples are processed at a European laboratory in Denmark. There is no routine cross-border transfer of patient-identifying genomic data outside the EU.

Patient rights

Patients hold the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. Requests are routed through the ordering healthcare facility or directly to info@omnigenetica.com.
