Terms of Service
Service description
Omnigenetica provides clinical-grade genomic sequencing, reporting, and decision-support services to authorized healthcare facilities in Romania and the European Union.
Reports are clinical decision-support
Omnigenetica reports are intended to support clinical decision-making by qualified healthcare professionals. They are not a substitute for clinical judgment. Treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the attending clinician.
Contracting party
The Omnigenetica service is contracted with the healthcare facility ordering the report, not with individual patients. Facilities are responsible for obtaining valid patient consent for sample collection and reporting.
Limitations
Genomic and biomarker analyses are not exhaustive of all conditions or variants. Reports cover only the panels and conditions documented in the requested catalog.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law for the contracting relationship, with patient-data processing governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Updates
We may update these terms. The current version is always shown on this page.
