Where samples are processed

Sample processing for Omnigenetica is performed at a European laboratory in Denmark. The laboratory operates clinical-grade short-read sequencing at 30× whole-genome depth.

Why Denmark

Operating within the European Union ensures patient-data flows remain inside EU jurisdiction and under the protections of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is no routine transfer of patient-identifying genomic data outside the EU.

Sample chain of custody

Samples are tracked from collection through processing with documented chain-of-custody. Specimen identifiers are pseudonymous and resolved only by the contracting facility.
